Our initial hiring will for the staff that will become our first molding and assembly teams. We are working with Blue Ridge Community College and the Job Link office at BRCC to help us with the recruiting and selection process as well as with our start-up training. The job openings are posted now and applications are being taken.
We will be selecting 5 to 6 team members for each of our three shifts and anticipate that the 2nd shift team will start training the third week of April, followed by the 3rd shift team the last week of April, and finishing up with the 1st shift team the first week of May.
